ProSetter™ Tooth Setter by SabreTooth

For sawyers who demand the best performance from their bandsaw blades, the SabreTooth ProSetter™ is engineered to quickly restore tooth set so you can produce beautiful timber. The ProSetter™ uses semi-automatic operation to perfectly set two teeth in one motion making it significantly faster than single-action tooth setters. Blades lose tooth set over time, reducing their ability to clear sawdust from the cut. Setting blade teeth is recommended every second time the blade is sharpened to reduce the risk of wavy or scored lumber.

Width: 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" (32 mm to 38 mm)

Tooth Spacing: 3/4" to 1" (19 mm to 25 mm)

Thickness: 0.048" (1.07 mm)

Dual-Action Design

The semi-automatic design simultaneously operates dual bending anvils and the blade advance. The dual gauges and precise adjustment controls ensure accurate results every time.

Fast and Easy Operation

By setting both the left and right blade teeth in one motion, the ProSetter completes a cycle in half the time of single-action setters and doesn’t require the blade to be flipped.
